The tall building (238 m) is '30 Hudson Street' also known as the Goldman Sachs Tower. It has been designed by C. Pelli who also designed (beside some other well known buildings) the World Financial Center (WFC) in lower Manhattan, the Petronas Twin Towers in Kuala Lumpur and the International Finance Centre (IFC) in Hong Kong. The IFC-Towers are very similar to the Goldman Sachs Tower.
