Don, I think so too. He is still a puppy and he runs wherever he goes so when he stops running, he rests for a moment then takes off running again. Therefore, his tongue is always hanging out!

Tony, the story that I have heard is that all good boys and girls get Christmas gifts from Santa. Many times I have heard people say to Buster, “good boy!” I think that there is a good chance that Buster will meet the criteria. Any old dog might not meet the standards. ;-)

Nadia, thank you very much. Merry Christmas to you too.

Thanks for stopping in,

Lovely dog Jean. Did you walk the dog are did it walk you?Young dogs are running. I hear you calling Buuuuuuuuuuuster and whizzling like mad. But it will come back.

Eva, thank you. He's a big one too, growing to fit his feet, we think.

Jan, Thanks! The way it went is this... I went for a walk and invited Buster to come along. He decided it was a great idea and ran circles around me all the way there and all the way back. He would run far away and run back, circle me and run off again, always so we could make eye contact. He ran the whole time! Then when we got back, he ran to the small stream and got a drink of water and lay down in it. It was during that warm spell in December. He is a very funny running dog.

Woofwoof to you too!

Tony, Buster got a bone for chrissy pressy.

Jazz, yes, he has a lot of acres to run and play. The only thing he still wants is a small boy.

Jean Gregory Evans on December 27, 2008

Jazz, Tony used those words, but I have heard people say them before around here. I didn't know it was Kiwi slang! You are just a wealth of knowledge.

Everything seems to be safe from Buster, when he chases something, he barks before he starts running so they have plenty of time to escape. His run is thunderous, clomp, clomping along like a horse! Oh, he has killed some dead trees pretty good though. ;-)

I'm glad he makes you smile, Jazz!
