Although the Trig Point is only 77m it has excellent views to the Malverns, the Abberley Hills, the Clee Hills and the Lickey Hills. It also has a twisted hawthorn tree that provides a seat to admire the scenery.
I love that rich dark chocolate stripe of soil in this one, crisply edged with the sharp hedges. It looks as though they're neatly clipped, from a distance, but I guess they're just dense from being so ancient..
