The usual photos are from the men's section of the West Wall. The women's side is active, too. (This was one of several photos that I took without looking at the screen or viewfinder; that would have felt too intrusive. I let the camera hang in front of me from its strap, and I pushed the button and hoped for the best!)
And you truly captured the "mood" and deep thoughts depicted in this moment. One can only imagine....thanks for sharing with us.
Merry Christmas, Marilyn!
Warm regards, Julie
Thank you, Julie. I found the starkness of the white chairs and the dark clothing somehow expressive, and I'm glad that you felt the mood of the place.
Best wishes for the new year, Marilyn
A wonderful image. . My best wishes. . . for a Happy 2009! from Korinthos Hellas (Greece) . **Let's save our planet. **
The technique is understood, Marilyn, and it has worked well. Howard Zehr would be proud of you. I am.
Thank you, kartson and Ian. I'm glad you think this worked!
