I have seen several photos taken by Annette S.. Quedlinburg is my home town. Annette's pictures do not do that beautiful old city justice. A. must have been in a hurry, othrwise she would have found better motivs, angels, compositions.

@MSz1998: Been to Quedlinburg last December - for "Advent in den Höfen". I really enjoyed it. On those days, however, it was hard to take good photos in the town square because the Christmas market was there - and there were so many people everywhere. On Monday it was quieter - but the weather was not so good for photographs. I had two days there. Saw a lot of angels (Engel) on various stalls. I have more Quedlinburg photographs. I will certainly visit again.

Eine sehr schöne Stadt!

@MSz1998: now I wanted to see your photographs - especially those of Quedlinburg - but there are not any which is disappointing. Maybe you can take some really good ones for me in Quedlinburg. Kind regards! I love all the cafes in your town. Do you have a favourite one? I like the 1 cafe in 7 houses. Have a nice day! Annette

Love this house! It was built in 1690 by Martin Lange. More than 20 houses he built between 1671 and 1702 are still standing in Quedlinburg and I am sure he would be thrilled to know that ordinary people are still living in his houses more than 300 years on! I am writing a book about him. I adore the man!
