when i was in NYC last summer i was not ready to take a picture from Ground Zero. Unless we got a hint for a better place in the world financial center on the left side. I mean - it still is not a place for simple touristic purposes.

For that it think this one is one of the most impressive ones from your great middle east row.

Michael, I can well understand your reaction in NYC.

The large memorial/museum here was overwhelming, and for me would have been more effective if there were greater focus on fewer details. (I recognize that many visitors would not share my opinion.) This children's monument and the interior memorial beneath it were for me the most affecting parts of the site, so I particularly appreciate your comment.
