I have lived in Lompoc most of my life. I have heard the stories and about point Conception. I would of sworn we didn't have a light house. I would love to visit at least once in my life time. Who do I talk to to arrangments to visit it. I don't want to get a ticket for tress passing. Does it belong to the City or VARB? Does any one know?
