Having grown up in that village just as I suspect Mr_Lindberg did, I have to second his statement. This photo is probably taken in another village in the vicinity. The horse is a common decoration on Maypoles in that region. In Nusnäs there is only one Maypole being decorated each year, that one does not have the star and that one has a Big stone fundament that it is attached to (and the surroundings is quite different). Could it be from Färnäs, Garsås, Berkarlsås, Risa, Tällberg etc...?
