Church of Lady St Mary, Wareham and the Priory gardens from acorss the Frome

Yup, Kietzi63 Wareham is an old town - going back to Saxon times, and it used to be a port of sorts in the days when ships were much smaller (if you pan the map over you'll see it isn't that far from one of the bays of Poole Harbour - so it's got a lot of what gives Dorset its character.

Very interested to see this Graham. I stayed at "The Priory" a few years ago, and it was a beautiful place with a lovely garden. We were in the small converted building on the left.
