I like that - it's a good picture of an interesting subject. Lighthouses are built differently here in England (generally, I think there may be one or two like that, but usually they are a conical design.)

Farmbrough, thank you for your visit. This lighthouse has been converted to be a small surfing museum as Santa Cruz is the first town to have surfing in the continental USA (after Hawaii). This is actually the back side of it as the front is back lid in the afternoon. Regards, David
