went here in 92 for a tour for my minor in russian lang. at S.O.S.U. univ. It was so pretty but so bizarre in that it is in the middle of nowhere in a very baptist, southern, and very culturally intollerant part of our nation. i hope it's still there. the priest was very excited to give us the tour and wore traditional orth. attire. Has 2 be one of the weirdest things i've seen along with pure local hawaiian stoners out way at the end of hana rd., maui jamming in their truck to really crappy country and western from the 70's, just smiling and toking. so bizarre!!
