I just called my daughter-in-law to look at this -- it is so beautiful, I had to share it. She says her family is from Graz! (We live in Massachusetts, USA.) Maybe that is why she illustrates children's books, with such magic and beauty in her blood, as this!

This section at the Danube in Lower Austria, west of Vienna, is mentioned named Wachau. Many visitors get from all world there, ship journeys rides are especially popular. If you want to see more photos from there, also of other photographers, then seek under the Tag Wachau.
Greetings, Manfred

Thank you for the suggestion, Manfred - I did look at all the photos tagged Wachau. I enjoyed them all -- many are beautiful, and all gave me a better sense of the setting for your photo.
The time and effort to climp up to get this perspective paid off. This is the one that gets my gold star!

To thanks for the yellow star! Manfred.
With pleasure I answer onto your Questions. The Family of your Daughter-in-Law comes from Graz. Mostly the descendants of immigrants do not learn the language of the old home anymore. Is it like this in Your family?

Her grandparents speak Austrian at home, and she has studied German, but when I asked if she could translate for me, she said you would think I write like a clumsy child.
