Brussel's buildings are no special tribute to flemish Belgians: so far, they are located in "Bruxelles-Capitale" for french speaking natives or "Brussel-Hoofstad" for flemish speaking natives. They beling to the whole nation. If there is any change about it, I'll keep you posted!
