Le bâtiment central, avec les colonnes, c'est l'église de St Jacques sur Coudenberg. Eglise où se sont déroulé la plupart des baptêmes de la famille royale avant que ceux-ci se fassent en privé. The building is on the left of "St Jacques sur Coudenberg" church which is central in the picture. It is located in "Bruxelles-Capitale" or "Brussel-Hoofstad", depending if you are french speaking native or flemish speaking native. It is no special tribute to flemish Belgians: so far, it is the Constitutional Court for the whole belgian nation. If there is any change about it, I'll keep you posted!
