The Three Kings on Cuelim hill was founded around 1598-1600 by Fr. Gonsalo Carvalho S.J., the second vicar at St. Thomas Church.
The best time to visit this spot is upto half hour prior to sunset. The scenery from the hill top is spectacular.

The exact location is Cuelim hill. Cansaulim, and not Velsao. This Chapel is under the jurisdiction of the Church of St. Thomas, Cansaulim.
