Yowza! Now that's a slide! Makes my sorry little thing look like a rather cheap imitation.

That's interesting because I was thinking of just the opposite N1W !

Just got back from Durango! What a brilliant week!!! I found the spot on 550 and got an ace panorama!

Thanks for the info and encouragement.

Great! That's neat that you found it, especially if you were working off my rather thin directions. I'd know it again on the ground, but to tell someone else, well... I'll be interested in seeing what you manged to put together. Glad to hear you had a good time out there. It sure is a pretty looking place.

Jetro!How did You get there?...

David Brown Photogra… on September 16, 2010

Roma we went by boat - a kind of modified fishing trawler. We stayed in a cottage for a week and explored the island.

It was wonderful.

I think it is!Someone dwell there or island abandoned?

David Brown Photogra… on September 17, 2010

Roma I think there are a few all-year-round residents but mostly it is holiday-makers.

It is very beautiful place, but nothing much to do but relax and explore.

Best wishes from North Carolina

Poor Jethro. He may start feeling abandoned.

Hi Jethro

The title made me think of a young Russian friend, Diggory with whom I have exchanged banter on Panoramio.

He had enquired about a certain picture as to why it was called the Devil's......", and it had got me thinking just how many places in England that are called the **Devil's something

I have a couple on my gallery and am now thinking of starting another tag!

I wish I had a picture of one in the Peak District that was mentioned in Samuel Pepy's Diary, being the Devil's Arse!

All the best Peter

David Brown Photogra… on July 10, 2011

Nice point Peter here is another one for your records - Devil's Kitchen in Welsh Wales.

I am thinking I might have a picture of a Devil's Cauldron somewhere too. I just need to remember what the blazes it is!

Best wishes - Jethro
