In all the conversation about the next one, Amelia, I've failed to say that I think this one is lovely!

Hello Marilyn, I have just looked at the mini forum between you and Thomas on the last shot, and very interesting it was too! Thank you for this great comment, and greetings to you dear Marilyn. Amelia

Yes!!! This is so much more vivid than the other one! Great photo Amelia.

Cheers, Tomas

Hi Billy, you are quite right of course, I lost a lot of detail on the wall of the bridge because I wanted to see the tiny scrap of light at the end of the tunnel; whereas with this one I wasn't looking at that. I'm glad you like it. I like the brickwork on the inside of the top of the tunnel. :)

Hello Thomas I have read your little forum with Marilyn about the pale shot. Funnily enough I was reading only the same thing last night in the D40 guide. Both bits of advice came just a bit too late. :) It has got much better colour I agree. Thank you so much for your appreciative comments on both photos, and of course for advising Marilyn on the right click!

Greetings, Amelia

You have a number of photos that I should recognise immediately, but you seem to able to put a new twist on them :)

Thank you Andrea. Sometimes there is a lot of extraneous stuff that needs to go. ;-)

Greetings, Amelia

Hello muba, and welcome to my gallery. As you seem to have covered most of the British Isles, [at least England], you should recognise almost all of my UK shots. ;-)

I often look in your gallery to see where you've been. And it makes me think of the song, I've been everywhere man.

Thanks for taking time out from your travels to write such a kind comment.

Greetings, Amelia
