It´s like a fisherman´s dream.
The Wye Valley is a SSSI that includes rivers and streams with lowland of calcareous and neutral grass. The upland has broadleaved, mixed and yew woods.
It also has Earth Heritage sites for its geology of the Lower Carboniferous.
