Suisse, la basilique du Château de Valère à Sion

The Notre-Dame de Valere, built in the twelfth and thirteenth century, also known as Castle of Valere, a fortified church is situated on the hill of the eponymous town of Sion, Valais. It is asise to 621 m and faces the Chateau de Tourbillon located on another hill to the left. Today the Cantonal Museum of History, founded here in 1883 and completely renovated since 2002.
