Amazing street, well captured.
Thank you, Hank and oronbb. In the small version it looked like "just another archway photo," so I was pleased that I could bring out some of the detail in the more distant scene.
You can understand why my knees got tired as we walked through Jerusalem!
Thanks, Bruce. I wouldn't have known just where this was, but after we got home, I discovered that our guidebook had a small shot with about the same view, and they'd labeled it. (Don't tell, but I like mine better!)
Wonderfully composed, Marilyn! This scene fits nicely into your doors category, even though it's not really a door.
Great composition, Marilyn! So full of depth, contrast and wonderful little details. Your eyes just keep moving through it all to make sure nothing was missed. Nicely done!
Many thanks, Ryan and Julie. I do have a weakness for this kind of framing--"doors" of all sorts--and I'm glad you like the result.
Me encanta este contraluz tan intenso que logras a través del arco. muy bien el elemento humano, hace que la escena este más viva. Mi felicitación.
Many thanks, Nacho. Greetings, Mairlyn
