The small white building in the background is the local pub, it is very popular with hikers and has a great pub atmosphere. It fills up quite easily because it is the smallest pub in Yorkshire, hence the cosy atmosphere. Open coal fires create a good ambience.

Edmundo it is true what you said, a corner of old England

Giorgio- A good place for old timers to enjoy a beer, a fine cigar, a good joke and friendly chat ;>)

Yasemin- I'm glad to see you here

Gabe- I'm off to Port Moody soon ;>)

Lina- and on my journey, I will stop at Obidos to give you a hug

Amelia- this place is a veritable feast for happy snappers (thats me)

Anna- This architecture is synonymous with my region. Heavily built, sandstone bricks, massive roof beams and trusses. They will stand the test of time ;>)

Flees-You are most perceptive, the terrain is indeed tortuous. Good for Hikers ;>)

Sonja- The pleasure is entirely mine, knowing that you have enjoyed your journey through here ;>)

My kind regards to you all for staying a while ;>)
