In the midst of wintertime. I don't like to see that. Put it a shed with lots of straw. It's very cold now. come on....

Greetings, Jan

Jan, it was 50F at the end of the day, a warm winter day! The barn is not far and food is just a few feet away. I suspect she is a pampered cow. The other day I saw more of them, but yesterday I saw only her. They go into the barn at the end of the day so maybe she was only lingering in the warm evening air.

Today we have cloudy skies again and as the day draws to an end, we again have 50F! We are having a mild winter and getting some rain - for a change! Grey days are depressing but necessary, I suppose.

Thanks for dropping in, Jan!

Have a good one!

It freezes very much at the moment. Maybe lower than -10C, that's around 10F. Tuesday our wintertime is gone for now the weatherservice expects. Maybe also 50F? 10C?. The Dutch have skated a lot these days. Hundreds of thousands of people have skated today everywhere in Holland!

Warm greetings Jean,

Jan, 6 days ago you left your comment and now here today we also have changed our weather to bitterly cold. It was 6F last night and not expected to get up to freezing (or thawing) temperature today or tomorrow. But through the window, the sun is shining and it looks warm although all the birds are puffed up like round birds. I enjoy thinking about Holland and all those happy skaters!

Warm greetings to you too!
