In the 1800s, German immigrants settled in this part of Kentucky, right across the Ohio river from Cincinnati. Several of these neighborhoods have seen revival and restoration efforts in recent years. The Mutter Gottes Kirche (Mother of God Church) was the center of a German-speaking neighborhood. This was taken in the winter of 2005.

Great shot of this beautiful church. There is two minutes difference between the towers...Kentucky and Ohio time? Best wishes from Paul.
