What is this? Well, spring, sacred grotto or fireplace?

Leo and Caroline Laps (Brazilian Panoramio users) and I were so enjoying our time together and loving the environment, that almost every thing became a source of fun for us. Up here in the mountains it can get quite cold, so a fireplace to warm ones hands seems like a cosy possibility. Alternatively, the summer can be hot and to find a covered and protected cool spring would be a very refreshing find. But Pan was once worshipped at places especially near springs. We thought of many possibilities!

What are your ideas?

There is a snake in the cave. If a couple places their hands inside the cave without any hurt, their marriage will be forever.

LOL

We will have to see what Leo's response to this is, Jeff, but at this point they were a little tentative - but they did it, and now their marriage is eternal I reckon.

Caroline is going to put her hands in. But, Leo is hesitating now. Ha! Ha! Ha!

No, no, there was no hesitation from Leo. "Lucky Leo!" Paul (Coal Miner's son) said, and he is right.
