Bravo Guy. Very nice photo. YS!
Wow, Guy, great photo! Astonishingly wonderful.
Do they play together often?
Thanks M, Mario, Ippa, and Templ.
You know what they say Jean: 'Birds of a feather.......'
Guy, are these birds of a feather then?
How did you get this shot? Do you hide? Surely you can't be using your tripod to get this action like this, do you? Please tell me your secrets!
Hi Jean, perseverance, bright low sun, tons of failures, sacrifice focus for speed, be prepared to wear out your delete button, learn new and vile cusswords.
Gnarly put up a few blurred shots.
Thank you for this advice, Guy! You're really very helpful. I will try this with our birds. I'm already practising the vile cusswords.
I'm glad to see that the penguin suit I sent you is working so well, Guy.
This is an amazingly good shot. The annoying byplay of the raven (or crow, depending on if we're annoying others), the put upon eagle (or crow, if we're annoying others), a handy little wave breaking in the background to...BREAK things up!, the stones that Ippa and I like, what a list. Well done, Guy.
Once you got them Norrel, the rest is easy.
A penguin suit not1word???? I thought it was a Nun outfit! Well, don't make a habit of it.
Sorry, Guy, I had to stop practising the vile cusswords. Neighbours have been complaining about some bloke with a camera, running through the streets, yelling 'Dagnabbit!' .
Nice shot Guy but very horrible... Cheers, Christien.
Beautiful photo... © Giampietro F.
Well Norrel, 'dagnabbit' is a pretty strong word, maybe try something less crude such as 'shucks' or 'golly'.
Don't worry Christien, nobody got hurt here, this time.
Thank you Giampietro F.
I like "durn", or if I'm particularly vexed, I'll haul out "aw bananas!" That always shocks folks.
I've never been taught cusswords nor swearing in English. So I'm very happy you guys are teaching these words to me. I'm very fond of the word 'dagnabbit', as you have noticed, because this word is attached to my favorite panoramio picture. As english isn't my native language, I always use the word 'Goeie Grutjes' in occasions like this.
I've known one or two rude individuals who would invoke "Grape Nuts" in times of sore displeasure.
If I resort to cereal I usually go for Count Chocula or Frankenberry, but sometimes just Corn Flakes with a banana sliced into them.
Now I am wondering about this photo.....maybe the magical Guy has been using his wand here also.
No tricks by me Dianne, but some pretty fancy aCROWbatics.
Aided by your Eagle Eye, no doubt :)
Oh my goodness! I bow to the bird whisperer. This is all too much! Fantastic shot, Guy, i'm getting kind of used to saying that, but for good reason! REally fantastic shot. I can't believe what I'm seeing and that you managed to take a photo of it as well!
I'm wondering, did he actually hurt the eagle, or did he miss?
