Dear Angelika,

The thought is special, and I look forward to our continued sharing through our common love of photogrpahy.

By the way, I only have one week more of January to admire your images of Park und Schloss, Altenstein!

I am quite stunned by your generous gift. It is a wonderful calendar.

Most sincerely and appreciatively,

gezginruh on January 25, 2009

Ian and Leo, nice to meet you.My best wishes.GGR.

Ian Stehbens on January 25, 2009

Dear GGR,

Well isn't it wonderful, that I have just met you, and you have now met me, and Leo has joined us as well.

Warmest regards,

EVA_L on January 27, 2009

I have no words, Yan! You gave me so many compliments, and even encouraged me!

To be honest, I even don't know what I must write in the CV - I could not find the site where is this information. May be this contest has ended :)

yours sincerely, Eva

Ian Stehbens on January 27, 2009

Don't worry about any contest, dear Eva, just plan on a special journey to Australia, and we'll look after you, and while you are here you can write blogs on all your experiences as a multi-lingual biologist, and columns for Kiev newspapers for which they will pay you handsomely!

I am sure that together we can dream up some very special experiences that will appeal to an editor!

In anticipation,

EVA_L on January 27, 2009

The most pleasant for me is to plan a journey! Isn't it, Yan? Sometimes the plans are implemented. For example, who could believe that I can get from Kiev to Malta not by air:)

Ian Stehbens on January 29, 2009

I am looking forward to both the plan and the implementation of that plan, dear Eva. Plan to sit here one day, please! If a Brazilian can do it, so can a Ukrainian, I dream.

Great picture Ian, and good to see you've had a very pleasant Panoramio meeting. I've met two other panoramians so far, which was great too.

Love that bench, too! :)

Kind regards, Justin

Amelia Royan on February 2, 2009

Hello Ian and Leo, there doesn't seem to be any more room on the bench .... can someone move over please? It would seem that your retirement Ian might be filled with entertaining guests from around the world. I hope Margaret is fully prepared for this.

Greetings, Amelia

Ian Stehbens on February 4, 2009

I would stand up for you, Amelia! And I hope so, and is it possible that you might be one of them, dear Norski? You don't have to worry about Margaret, for she thrives on travel and hosting guests.

Just make sure you bring your swimmers, towel and golf gear for there is ample opportunity for all of that as well as time to sit here and ruminate!

Dream dear Amelia.

Amelia Royan on February 4, 2009

I'm dreaming on Ian. In the dark days [well not quite in fact] of our Norwegian winter I will fly in my dreams to warmer climes, where I can swim, and read, but probably not play golf - unless everyone around has protective gear on ;-)

See you there, Amelia

Ian Stehbens on February 4, 2009

I have seen a few wayward balls at St Andrew's, Amelia, some probably even made it into the North Sea for a dip! So you would be in good company. My record is to lose 5 balls in 5 strokes!

But the hope is alive: I'll see you here, with bells on!

yves floret on February 17, 2009

Hello Ian and Leo ! Nice to meet you.

Best regards from France, Yves.

Ian Stehbens on February 18, 2009

Thanks for the rendezvous, Yves! By the way, is there any way that you might add a self portrait to your gallery, even just briefly? I'd be pleased to have a picture of you in my mind when i am exploring your album.

Conquilha on November 20, 2009

Awesome bench...And you are?????

Ian Stehbens on December 11, 2009

Hi Conquilha.

Would you sit here with us? I am the old one, Leo Laps from Brazil is the handsome one!

After this we had a great walk in the National Park not far away, beneath the waterfalls, among the tree ferns, down the cliffs!

Kind regards,

Ahmet Bekir on March 22, 2010
