through the trees, among the woods, the little brook doth flow.

Bending left and bending right onward it's journey goes, past trees young and past trees that are old, over pebbles and rocks that water flows.

Onward to the river, to join with other streams there, on journey to the sea, keeping secrets of where it has been, of things it has seen and heard, never does the silent stream sopeak-not a word of anything.

Hi Mike this is a beautiful poem, I think you've hit the nail on the head here. You have a gift and your welcome to chose any photo of mine you want, that's if you still want to. I read your details and I think your doing a brilliant thing, Epilepsy Research would be my chosen Chosen charity.

Warm Wishes, Karen

Hi back to yer Karen, you wanna know something wierd?...I have never written poetry before, maybe just a few words that may fit the situation, but since I got to be a very regular friend of the Panoramigos around the globe, I seemed to develop the urge to 'read' the photos, the comments from author; plus my somewhat detailed knowledge and observation of Nature in her many forms and seasons....then it all got melded together (by Mature) in my head and 'heart' to produce the silly poems with meaning as some-one once commented!

I cannot give an explanation , I b just write it when it's there, no more than that-so maybe I am a 'channel' of some kind?

Thankyou very kindly for your comments, which I hold dear. Thankyou also for your permissions, that I accept with great honour-to utilise your photo images. Most of all, thankyou for your suggested charity, you are the first to suggest one! (I already thought of sending any profits to Victoria Australia, to help the families there, but I guess the oz gov will take care of that) My main thought is TRANSPLANT RESEARCH, as my life was given back to me after I recieved my transplant kidney in 2000, so that's two in the pot, I expect more in time,we must decide as a group decision, when the book is published.

Hope all is good with you, I am going to look for a new swivel chair tomorrow, this one is not very well My tech guy has to come over soon to complete the re-install of old docs & records, files etc. from old PC to this one (same machine-just new programme (Vista )) So, there is a fair bit of work to do before I get up to scratch again, but at least my heath is at a premium now!

waffling now, so I must go,

up the wooden hill,

along the timber track to sleep,

under the duck down without quill!

nite nite Mike
