This area is a public reserve located in Norfolk along a walkway below the Lifeboat Pub. There is a small public parking area about 1/4 of a mile from the pub. The walk follows along in the direction of the town of Hunstanton. Let me know if you require any further info and I'll gladly assist. I live fairly close by to the reserve.
