still finding fungus eh? I see this one took a hold of a small twig or vine and didn't want to let it go!

Don, good to hear from you! Yes, this one is up in a tall tree stump way above my head. It looks like it has been there for years. I noticed that green twig too. It looks like a straw (has a center hole). I think it might be from the Common Greenbriar and some human clipped it with some tool, nice straight cut. I was amazed to see it sticking out of the mushroom like that. This type of mushroom is hard as rock, don't you have them there too?
