Thank you for this photo. In 1996. I was in Tokyo. I was in the main office building of Japanese Railways, and this is similar to a scene that I remember.

The number of skyscrapers has still increased around here.
Actually I do not remember most of all the details about buildings. I was placed in the hotel Captol Tokyo, near the Parliament. Well I remember Akasaka area and wonderful restaurants. I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional purity and order. I drove to the super-fast train.
Once I was almost lost in the subway. All the signs were in Japanese, so I did not know in which direction to go. I asked a young couple and they helped me to buy a ticket, and to cope. I remember they were all more than kind.
Simply wonderful country and wonderful people.
