Well, on second thought this guy is saying : " Regreso a casa " meaning : Returning home " which tells me that this gentleman by the name of Agustin Pedrote is returning home to Mexico, and that means that the plane has just taken off from Los Angeles heading south, so that those hills on the top right are indeed the Palos Verdes Hills....
