as I recall, this spectacular view was after you went through the canyon. you had placed it near the little tree area/camp ground just before you even get to the canyon. I think that camp ground was called Deer Park? that too was nice, but not spectacular like this view.

Incorrect location. This view is from the top of Long Canyon about 10 miles east along the Burr Trail.
