the marina towers in chicago... these 2 buildings have a great history to them. It was meant to be a self contained building with apartments, offices, business and a port for boats.
the idea was that you wouldnt really have to leave the building to do anything. at least from what I have gathered and if you did, it was mainly for recreational.
