Ariundle Oakwoods are a must visit if your in the area. Especially after a spell of rain (no shortage there!) and the sun comes out. The place comes alive with colour and atmosphere. If your feeling energetic follow the path up into the hills to the old abandoned mines, (nothing like the ones in Scooby Doo) but be careful because it can be slippy.
