The heart of the Internationales Kongresszentrum Bundeshaus Bonn (IKBB), the international congress centre in the former German Federal Parliament, consists of the multiple prize-winning glass and steel construction of the former German Parliament’s plenary chamber, built by the Stuttgart architects Behnisch & Partner in 1992, as well as the plenary chamber integrated into the historical waterworks in 1985. Both have, in the past, been seat of the German Parliament.
I visited this in the 80s. Is it a museum now, Wim? Kind regards from Great Britain, Annette LIKE
Hi Anette, now the "Plenarsaal" is used as an international congress center. For example the International Afghanistan Conference 2011 was in the "Plenarsaal"
Thanks for your Like!
Kind regards from Bonn, Wim
