I recently saw someone who got a good George Washington Bridge shot like that. Its slightly overexposed but looks really cool.

The light gives this shot a lot of drama, and I like the dreamy whales in this otherwise desolate scene. Good work.

Thank you Hank, this incredible mural from Wyland is kind of hard to capture with traffic going by and those power lines, but as you said light gives drama without those power lines there wouldn't of been the light so I'm happy. Thanx again, Adam....
