Nice shot! I haven't been over there since they built the bridge but without most of the road in place (if memory serves me correct. I have it posted it on here. It's a vertical shot that's a bit too saturated. This may sound kind of dumb but were you on a boat when you photographed this? I have only been to that small park on the SW side of the bridge and also on a road that is parallel to the bridge on the west side. (But the main road has changed since the construction finished and I haven't been there since).

Go west on 16 to 24th St NW and take a left to...Jahn Ave turn left, then Stone drive to the left which turns into Lucille and then into Doc's drive, take it down to the water...
