Silbury Hill is the largest prehistoric man-mafe mounds in Europe. Its age is estimated at 4,600 years and it it is part of the complex of pehistoric structures centred on Avebury.
Despite numerous digs and surveys, there is nothing to suggest that there were any burials here, and this is purely a well constructed mound used ceremoniously
