Hi Roger

The old chap is a friend of mine and we have walked 2081 miles together; this is a lot more than with the wife. He carries a small pack and the map, and I carry the kitchen sink and the camera!

He is not too well at the moment so we have not been out for over a year.

All the best Peter

Hi Roger

The only film I can find is "Ray at the Riddings", can't seem to locate the others.

We passed The Riddings in November 2006. We had started from Polesworth and down the Coventry Canal and over to Baddersley Ensor. I now remember that we went to have a look at the Pools and it brought back memmories of our fishing days; looked a great place to fish. And now I know how it fishes!

We did not fish many lakes or pools, mainly river fishing, but as I have said we fished Walcott Lakes. The only other one I remember was Uckinghall Pool (?). I will ask my mucker tonight as we are out for a curry if we fished any other, and will show him Ray on my IPhone!

Ah now I remember Edgebaston Reservoir and Salford Park, and when I was young I fished down the road in Brookvale Park.

All the best Peter

Hi Roger

I have found them now and will have a look, suspect finger trouble!

To add a link on Panoramio, for example your Birmingham video…

Put square brackets around the words like this…

[link to Birmingham video]

And when you have the link put normal brackets round it like this…

You then put them together, making sure there are no spaces (sometimes a space is inserted before the http) and when it uploads the brackets and the link disappear and leave the writing in blue. When you click on the blue it should bring you to the link.

Link to Birmingham video

Let me know if this is not clear enough, all the best Peter

Hi Roger

Your mucker has good taste, and it shows how old you are when you remember all pubs sold real ale!

I have looked at the Bham ytube and its good. Also the Tamworth, but it goes round too fast for my vertigo! Will try the slow one.

We walked from Hopwas along the river to Tamworth, and I noticed the river was very clear. I had been nearby many years before and seem to remember that it was much dirtier then.

Best wishes Pedro
