Kojak: Thank-you! It's well worth a trip - even several of them! I've visited twice, and have still never had time to go into the chateau! Sunday afternoons in summer, when the fountains are on and classical music played over the loudspeakers, are a highlight.

Hi Tery - Thanks for finding yet another deeply buried photo! I lucked out by just happening to go to Versailles on a Sunday when they run the fountains. Other people plan their vacations around the fountain schedule, but this was completely unplanned. Though it was a birthday trip, so well deserved luck, lol. I might have been living out of hte country when they hit it big - or it could just be I'm not at all that hip to have heard of them!)
