giors, this bird is a little cutie. They are always around and there are many of them but they are quite fast and flit about so I find it difficult to photograph them. This one was looking for food in the leaves and paused to listen for a moment. He looked about a little bit then went on looking for that seed before he flew.

Hello Jean, I admire your photos of birds. Birds are much too fast for me.

Klaus, they are too fast for me too. I made a lure of a fake water hole just outside my window so I hide behind my curtain. They stay on the ground and I keep my camera handy. I only photograph when a lot of them are out there, still, I only get a few photos each time. But I have fun! Otherwise, the camera is still trying to get the photo after the bird has gone. You should see all the blue sky images I have of trying to capture one overhead! tee hee.

Thanks for the compliment!
