The reds work well even under the darker lighting. Perhaps they work better with those dark clouds. Excellent.
Thanks not1word. I think you're right. The saturation seems to give richer reds under the shadows of these clouds. Once the sun hits them they tend to wash out a bit. This one was so dark I wasn't sure if the colors would be too muted but I think it worked out. Many thanks for the visit and comments.

OOO! this one is for the favorites! I love this kind of landscape, I always had a thing for old cowboy movies and this one gives that sort of feel.
