Taken from a JAL airplane. From Haneda to Oita.
We Japanese never call the mountain 'Fuji-Yama'.
This is 'Fuji-san', not 'Fuji-Yama'.
Hello my friend, I could not resist another look at this awesome photo..Little wonder that so many viewers have stopped by...You must be very proud on achieving a well deserved 380,000 plus view count..Well done Taoy...
Friendly greetings sent your way ;)
I'm so glad to have your comment again on this shot. I'm very proud on so many viewers saw this photo although it's a just snapshot... It was just a timing and the weather. I was just lucky, that's all.
You can see the Exif information, I took this photo using Sony's DSC-F77. It had no zoom, no focus control, no exposure control at all.
I took this photo without thinking, so I proud and a little bit frustrated at the same time.
Have a nice weekend!
Best wishes to UK from Tokyo, Japan.
Lucky or not Taoy what matters is that you were there to witness this magnificent spectacle with your own eyes, you captured something very special through the lens of your camera and more importantly, you shared it with us.
Thank you Jim, your comment makes me very happy!
Best wishes to you and your family from Tokyo, Japan.
