Interesting statue! Who is? Viking?

He’s Nominoë (Nevenoe in breton) 800?-851. Not a viking, a breton but it was at the same time. Not exactly a king, Nominoë is the man by whom the realm of Brittany was created. The statue is set up in 1952 in the small town of Bains sur Oust in memory of the battle he won against king of France (of Francie in fact) Charles Le Chauve in 845.
Thank you for you visit Alexey. Ed
