The bridge have impressed me even more. Build in the 19th century. You have to visit it once. It's only the other side of your country :-)

Stunning piece of engineering Bart! Best wishes, Fai

Bart Aerts on March 4, 2009

Are you in construction business Fai? It is indeed a masterpiece and you must know that it's build in 1890's. A lot of constructionworkers felt down during the work and died :-(

Hello Bart, I can't remember exactly, where I've taken my shot, bur it looks that I had gone down the valley. Do you know if this is still possible?

Ciao

It is possible to go down the valley Pics. On the old side of Ronda, you have to walk over the bridge and at the end the town you can go into the valley. It was still possible in 2006 and as far as I can see on GE it is still possible.

Viele Grüssen aus Belgien, Bart.

Thank you Bart for the info, it's a long time ago for me. It was 7000 km driving from germany thru france and then around spain and portugal and back, but it was really fun in a convertible ;-)

It is FWWS I think their where more than 80 man killed during the building of this bridge in the late 1800's. Now it is not dangereous anymore as long
