Aberdeen, a city in an elegant grey shade and very nice buildings. And fortunately I found a very nice guesthouse here.

Aberdeen, eine Stadt in einem eleganten Grauton und sehr schönen Gebäuden. Hier fand ich endlich ein hübsches Gasthaus zum Übernachten.

You can't be surprised that I'd land here to say hi and congratulations on an excellent view.

Hank, thanks a lot! I liked these facades of this bright grey stone very much. I didn't expect such a nice town high up in the North of Scotland.

Aberdeen, somewhere betixt the Brig o Dee and the Brig o Don!

Dear May,

I appreciate your image of the grey city, and it also brings back memories of me accidentally lapsing into French in response to the conversations and questions of my relatives, for their accent was beyond my comprehension. I had assumed we would share our excitement of reunion in English!

Ian (now you know why I am called 'Ian Robert'!)

Ian, thank you! That's near the place, where I found gratefully a bed to sleep. In the morning I took a little stroll around, before I left the city. I love the grey granite buildings of Aberdeen.

Ian Robert?? No, i don't know.

Best wishes, May

Hi Swissmay

I would like to use this image in a brochure for Scottish Landlaords, would that be ok if I gave you a credit?

Cheers Gavin

Hi Gavin, thank you for asking! If you wish to download from here, it will be ok, if you give me credit in mentioning my website. www.mberger.ch

In case you need the photo in a bigger size, just get into contact with me, so that we can talk about it. I have about a dozen more of this part of Aberdeen, which I haven't uploaded yet. There are also some more photos of Scotland on my other page, though none yet from Aberdeen.

Cheers, May
