This photo brings back good memories. I used to ride my motorcycle from Oktyabr'skiy to this cliff during the summers (1994-96) that I lived in Russia. Great view of the ocean and an even better view of everything from water tower nearby!

I worked for the American-Russian joint-venture fishing company. I'd be in Oktyabrsky from mid June to Mid September.
