In big cities normally you can't have a fair view of a whole rainbow but in this case it was seen from different places in Buenos Aires. I guess I was not the only one to hurry to take photos. The complete semicircle photo was very difficult to make (too many stitches) and I didn't know to adjust the lens distortion (Galatas helped me out with the final version).
I think I agree with you: this photo has an atmosphere the other hasn't got.
