Many thanks, Wim, Nick, Hank, millotaurus, Rom@nce, Janina, Laci, Tom, and Hoàng Khai Nhan. I loved the view from Lookout Mountain historic military site, and I couldn't resist taking pictures of the cannon pointing out over the modern city.
Yes, Hank, Chattanooga is about railroads. We drove past the place where the Choo Choo is stationed, but breakfast and parking would have combined to make it an expensive stop, so we went on to see mountains (and the old copper mine) free instead.
