Nice! I can see in the map, that the wood reached the city. Is this the famous Kyoto of the emissions?

Interesting... and is it by chance that Tokyo is the anagram of Kyoto?

Hi, Mari.

Kyoto written in Japanese Kanji is 京都. 京都 (Kyo + To) means "Kyo no miyako" in Japanese, in English it means like "Capital where the Emperor is staying" or something. The Kanji 都 has the meaning of capital.

Tokyo written in Japanese Kanji is 東京. 東 means east. So, 東京 (Tou + Kyo) means "East Capital".

Greetings from Japan

Thank you for visiting and commenting, Elena.

It's a Zen buddhist temple in Kyoto. It called Shisen-Do. A man called "Jozan Ishikawa" built the temple (with garden) in 1641.

Saluti da Tokyo, Giappone.

It looks really nice. I enjoyed my staying in Kyoto, too. I visited many places there like 龍安寺, 二条城, the Philosopher's road, 祇園 and others! :-)
